Deadline

The deadline for submitting abstracts is 14 October 2025. Abstracts sent after this date will not be accepted.

General Rules

The space reserved for paper writing in the system is limited to 3000 characters. The system will not allow you to write more than 3000 characters in this field.

• The font you will use for sending a paper is automatically standardized by the system for all papers, and it is not possible to use different fonts.
• 3 tables and 2 graphic/picture can be added.
• Standard abbreviations are accepted. If there is a special abbreviation, the full expansion of the abbreviation should be written in the first place followed by a parenthesis.
• The first letters of the special names of drugs should be written in capital letters. It is preferred to use generic (generic) names of drugs and the first letters of the generic names are not capitalized.
• References should be shown as quotations within the text, not as footnotes at the end of the abstract.

About Evaluation of Abstracts

The results of the Scientific Committee evaluation will be sent to your e-mail address as “Confirmation Acceptance” or “Rejection” letters. You can also follow the results from the online abstract submission system “Abstract Module”.

Important

Abstracts will be published in their original form in the proceedings booklet and no corrections will be made. For this reason, it is important that the summary is legible and understandable and that no changes are made on it.

• No changes will be made after sending the paper to the scientific committee. Sample; change of author, change of presenter, etc. will not be done.
• Papers sent to the scientific committee will not be withdrawn in any way.

Feed Back

Notification about the acceptance of the papers will be made 2 weeks after the deadline. To facilitate communication, pre-acceptance/rejection notifications will be sent via e-mail; therefore, if you have not received a written notification to your e-mail addresses until 2 weeks after the last delivery time, please contact Unicon Mice.
