Congress registration will not be canceled after August 9, 2025, and the name can be changed.
It is mandatory for all exhibitors and company representatives to register, and the above-mentioned registration fees; participation in scientific meetings, congress bag, congress summary book and entrance to the exhibition areas are included

Participants who do not book their accommodation through the official congress agency are required to pay an External Participant Fee of 750 EUR + 20% VAT for a 3-day access to scientific activities. External participation is valid between 08:30 – 18:00 and does not include dinner.

Transfers will be carried out between 4 – 7 December for the participants who previously sent their flight details to Unicon Mice. This price is per person in group shuttle. For exceptional dates, please contact with Unicon Mice.
